We have some kind of basement leak which I suspect is a foundation crack, where some water is falling into the power panel. Based on where the water is we think we can rule out the water coming in from the power mains. I understand from the previous property owner documents that this property had project work completed in 2018, where a sump pump was put in and an inlet was installed near where a Crack is suspected. Recent dywall tear out after a sewer back-up revealed some basement water issues. Sill plate rotted out against the back wall. The entire span of about 36 feet. It has been exposed for about a month and no water has come in since it was opened up an exposed to the air. There is a deck against that back wall but it was checked as well as window and door. No visible foundation cracks that I could see. I haven't dug anything up yet.
