We have a bungalow house, there is a crack in the foundation in the front of the house the seaped a little water, also we would like our sump pump dug and looked at. We had water enter the basement 2 years ago and stripped the basement. Now we just about re finished and would like the crack looked after and the corner of the house where the sump pump is excavated and looked at. Water enters that pump hole at an alarming rate in the spring or during heavy rain periods. We have had top soil added and graded, also a downspout added to the garage to deter water from that area. We want this done for piece of mind and to see if it needs repairs

I have a full basement and in my basement is a little crawl space where a well once was. The well is no longer in use. The space has a cement slab over it with a piece of wood through it.
