Hello. Just bought our house 2 years ago. A few days ago we noticed a crack in the basement floor. We have a walk out basement and the crack is about 10 feet long and 1/16 of an inch wide in some areas. The crack goes through the foundation ''wall'' near the basement walk out door. There is also a much wider crack in the foundation on the other side of the door. That one does not seem new as the previous owners have tried to fill it with caulking. Both cracks are vertical. Just wondering if you guys could do a foundation inspection and tell us what needs or does not need to be done. We hope the cracks aren't structural. Thanks. Pierre
