I was wondering how much it would cost to repair a crack in my basement. It goes from the left corner of window cutout to the floor. Roughly 4 and half feet. Crack is not wide and even with tons of rain this summer only leaked a noticeable amount a couple times. Much of that was probably from needing the window recaulked as it's pretty old. I would imagine only need some form of epoxy injection into crack to seal it. Crack has been there since I moved in a couple years ago and seems to be only issue in basement. Definitely can't afford to dig up outside and put a barrier around house. Maybe if I win lottery someday. Just need the crack sealed. I know 30 years ago they just injected sealant into the crack and was pretty cheap. Hoping it is still affordable. Thanks, and have a great day!

Hey there. Wonder if I could get a quote on putting in drain tile and waterproofing a basement ? I'm unsure of the exact dimensions of the house but it's a small bungalow 3bd 1bth. Concrete walkway surrounds have the perimeter, which would need to be taken out. Other half is grass. The basement is currently flooding, has two sump pumps in two corners of the basement. However the concrete floors are uneven letting the water pool in some spots not reaching the pumps. The seems to the wall and floor seem to be the issue where water is seeping in from. Unfinished basement (furnace, hot water tank, washer dryer in basement). This is my mothers home (I live with her she has Alzheimer's) and the basement floods almost every year.
