We have some kind of basement leak which I suspect is a foundation crack, where some water is falling into the power panel. Based on where the water is we think we can rule out the water coming in from the power mains. I understand from the previous property owner documents that this property had project work completed in 2018, where a sump pump was put in and an inlet was installed near where a Crack is suspected.
