I live in a centennial home with a clay basement that appears to have been worked on by a previous owner. I'm concerned that there is no water drainage around the foundation, and one of the walls is bowing inward. I would like to be proactive to spend a money now instead of spending a lot of money later.

I'm in the process of buying a house and noticed some bowing in the floors on both levels. The crawlspace has sagging and loose insulation and no polysheeting on the ground. There was no clearance between ground and siding on half the crawlspace. There is very little clearance between most of the crawlspace and the ground. The grading away from the house is likely insufficient as well. The house is 39 x 40 on concrete piers and was built in 2019. I would like a quote on the repairs. I can provide pictures and additional details if needed.
