I would suggest that your company make available (and suggest that people utilize) references. There are too many fly-by-night contractors and had I not have had a second opinion done by a friend of a friend who knew of your company I would have insisted on references prior to having work done. Making them available without asking creates that additional piece of mind.

The installation crew was very professional and hard working, but they didn't cover the carpet on the stairs with plastic until near the end of the job when they were already very muddy. Other than that I was very impressed with them.
