Hello - i have a 4ft high crawlspace with a gravel floor. It is dry. The foundation is poured concrete and i have 4 small single pane windows that can be removed from the outside. The walls currently have some kind of styrofoam insulating board. Im windering if i should be sealing up the space entirely using your 20mil sheet material over the gravel. Thank you.

Hi I bought a house recently and inherited a damp smelly crawlspace with a sandy dirt floor. I installed eavestroughs and a dehumidifier to tackle the problem but it is flooding every time it rains. I think its seeping in from under the footing . There is an improperly installed sump pump near the water pump but it's on high ground and luckily the water hasn't hit that level yet. For now I vacuum up the excess water with my shop vac but I need to find out how to keep the water out. I would really appreciate an estimate on some solutions please. Thank you
