With the snow melt I have some water in my basement. My house is on the market and I need to address this. There is water seeping up through the floor (cement with cracks and some sort of stand pipe in the pump room) and in 2 corners of the basement from behind the drywall. I do have a sump pump that has been working hard, the water has not overflowed from there.
