I was told I wouldn't hear the pump. I always hear the pump and the swish of water when it expels outside. I can't be the only one who finds this annoying. I am happy with the job, but I'm not 'over the moon' happy yet...

The recommendation for a separate circuit for the sump pump was a surprise. I am comfortable with the solution we have in place but I think that this should be made more apparent to the customer in the future. Perhaps it was in our case, but i simply can't recall. in the end, it's not a big deal.
