My home is 880 sqft, with a crawl space.. home built in 1954. the past year i have purchased a dehumidifier to help get rid of the excess moisture. my floors on the right side of the house, when looking from the front of the house, have a dip in 3 places i noticed. if i dont have the de humidifier on during the winter, or the a/c on in the simmer, you can feel the dampness, and the smell of must. the research i have done, clearly leads to sign of mold, which in turn is damaging the structure of the home. my concerns, crawl space needs insulation, structural damage/ inadequate support. i work shift work, and i will be on days off starting this Thursday morning.
