We have a 50 year old house (waterfront but not too close to the water and land slopes away from the house). Never had any probems with flooding before. We asked the original owner of the house and drain tiles were installed when it was built. We renovated the house about 6 years ago by adding a double garage attached to the house and a sunroom on postech in the back of the house. After the renovations, we flooded for the first time in our basement. After that, we installed a sump pump on one end of the house ( wall close to the garage) ...that's where most of the water was seeping through the basement floor. The next year, water was coming in at the other end of the house ( again seeping through the floor). We installed another sump pump there. This winter, water has been seeping through close to where the first sump pump was installed (wall where garage is attached) and another side of the house (where sunroom and large deck is located). We need your expertise on how to resolve this problem.
