Challenge

The homeowner called us and expressed his concerned of his "leaking" basement. He really wanted to be able to use the space in a more functional way. The list of requirements was nothing the team at Ridgeback could not handle. The customers main concen was having a dry basement, followed by insulating and encapsulating the space. 

Solution

After our sales specialist Gerard completed an inspection, the homeowners jumped on board with the project. Our foreman Pat completed the work installing our patented products. We were not only able to meet the customers needs, but exceed what he originally thought. We installed a full perimeter waterproofing system and Cleanspace for encapsulation.
