The proposed solution involved making the area accessible and installing a set of sophisticated systems to regulate moisture. Our production team, made up of skilled foremen and installers, took on the task. First, they created a new access opening in the crawl space. Following this, we installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system. This barrier, treated with an antimicrobial finish, effectively shut out moisture, preventing mold and mildew from developing.
Solution
