Solution
Our experienced production team, comprised of a skilled foreman and proficient installers, arrived as scheduled. They efficiently began the comprehensive three-part FlexiSpan® installation. Firstly, a flexible sealant was strategically applied along the length of the cracks to ensure adaptability to any minor structural movements. Following this, we placed a porous foam strip over the treated area, offering a channel for any potential water seepage. Finally, an impermeable membrane was secured, creating a channel that directs hidden seepage safely to the basement's perimeter drainage system.
