I was sitting here this evening talking with the wife and lamenting on how happy we were with your crew and now with the results we have seen in the last few days.

For a young crew they were very polite and did their work in a professional manner. While not the best atmosphere to work in they never showed any issues and when finished explained everything about the pump etc. Since the install we have had heavy rains last Thursday/Friday and today more heavy rains and a early morning power outage of about 5 hours.

I must say I was somewhat hesitant about doing this at first with the cost and disruption but the events of the last few days make me wonder why I didn't do it earlier. My wife and I are very,very pleased, not a drop of water on the floor and the battery did what it was supposed to during the outage.
