Thanks for checking in. I'm happy to report that I've had no water issues in my basement (knock on wood)! The french drain has made a favorable difference by reducing pooling water in the back yard. I notice lots of water near the road so I know the pipe is doing its job. The Triple Safe appears well. I'm not sure how often it runs because it is quite quiet. I am happy I chose that pump and had the electrical work done, I consider it a wise investment.
