Mold in a home can be dangerous as it can affect the integrity of one's home, as well as the health of the people within the home. We were able to help this homeowner in their attic where there was obvious ventilation issues and mold began forming. We used out MoldX treatment to kill the existing mold and with proper ventilation the mold should not return.  

Homeowner came to us and expressed her concerns with water leaking into her basement. When removing back the old carpet she had down there was major signs of water damage. This homeowner contacted us as the old sump pump had failed and flooded his entire basement. The homeowner was left with a flooded basement and a sump pump that was broken.
