This homeowner was concerned about the odors and cold floors stemming from the crawlspace. Although in very rough shape, our team was able to get into the sace and install a SaniDry Sedona and SilverGlo insulation.
Faced with a damp and unusable space in their Hunter River home, our customer couldn't begin renovations—trapped by persistent water and moisture issues in their basement. As you can see in the "before" photo, the challenge seemed insurmountable. Enter Ridgeback Basement Systems. With our installation of WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump, showcased in the "after" photo, we transformed a once problematic basement into a dry, reliable foundation ready for any project. Our dedication, not only to solving home issues but also to delivering a remarkable customer experience, brought another successful and lasting solution to brighten a resident's home.
Notice in the before photo: signs of water intrusion left this basement vulnerable to ongoing moisture and potential water damage.
To create a reliable waterproofing solution, our team installed the CleanSpace® Wall System alongside WaterGuard® to help capture and direct water away from the basement. A SuperSump® system was added to efficiently pump collected water out of the home, while IceGuard® helps keep the discharge system functioning if the exterior line becomes blocked by ice or snow.
Together, these systems provide a complete basement waterproofing solution designed to keep the space dry and protected year-round.
The customer had attempted to lay his own plastic down in his crawlspace, but ultimately did not work as he was hoping. He contacted Ridgeback for a solution that would work- and we delivered.
This homeowner was experiencing major water seepage on the walls. Effloresce, which is the white, stain like marks on the wall is a sign that there has been water coming into the basement for a long period of time.
