This crawlspace in Dieppe, NB was in die need of work as there was so much moisture in there, plants were growing. 

Homeowners contacted us as they had a home made drain around their perimeter, but unfortunately it did not work the way they were hoping. With the install of our WaterGuard perimeter system and a sump pump, we were able to discharge the water the proper way so it was not just sitting in their basement. 

We have transformed this crawlspace in Falmouth, NS, so it was no longer wet. We encapsulated it using our CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane and waterproofed everything else installing a SuperSump sump pump system. 

These new homeowners were in need of an immediate water proofing solution without breaking the bank. We installed a SuperSump sump pump, paired with a SaniDry Sedona to remove the water and moisture that was accumulating on their basement ground floor.
