This homeowner was experiencing major water seepage on the walls. Effloresce, which is the white, stain like marks on the wall is a sign that there has been water coming into the basement for a long period of time.
This home in Musquodoboit Harbour, NS was experiencing water seepage during any time of rainfall. It was important to get this fixed before there were irreversible damage.
