I’m also amazed at how much water is coming out from under my house…. it’s like I’ve been living in a house boat!   It was pumping out about every 30 seconds for the first few hours.    

The pump is very quiet too.  I was worried that it would be noisy under my TV room but I can barely hear it, in fact I think I only hear it because I’ve been listening for it.

I would recommend you to anyone…. in fact all houses should come with sump pumps!  Sarah
