Hi , I must say that I was intrigued about Ridgeback after I started hearing your radio advertisements .(it felt like I heard it on the hr every hr) (I wondered how they could afford to do that) . Then I rec'd your glossy literature pkg and again said to myself (this is impressive but appeared very expensive) I was impressed first of all with the pleasant reception I rec'd  from your office receptionist , then just as impressed with your salesman. Your service team was  very professional and I was especially pleased with the service foreman. I am retired but spent 40 yrs in sales with a scientific lab equipment company. I like to think I know a bit about sales and service and what they can mean to a customer. I have submitted the survey. It was a pleasure dealing with a very professional company.

Had the Guys at Ridgeback Basement Crew come in to do a foundation crack repair, awesome work and an amazing process, in my opinion the best way to reapir a cracked and leaky foundation, if you know someone in need of this service they really should know about these Guys!

WaterWatch Alarm ensures a Dry Basement. Something tripped the outlet that the pump is on, and we were very close to getting water in the basement.  Luckily, my stepson was home when the alarm went off, and was able to reset the outlet for me.  The alarm saved us from a flooded basement.

I chose your company because of the unique products specifically designed for basement waterproofing and the clean look of the installations. The people from the company were good to work with.

Thanks for checking in.  I'm happy to report that I've had no water issues in my basement (knock on wood)!  The french drain has made a favorable difference by reducing pooling water in the back yard. I notice lots of water near the road so I know the pipe is doing its job.   The Triple Safe appears well. I'm not sure how often it runs because it is quite quiet.  I am happy I chose that pump and had the electrical work done, I consider it a wise investment. I plan on getting the Triple Safe maintained by your company on a yearly basis  so I know we'll be in touch.

Hi, thank you for checking in.  We were impressed with John. They were friendly and professional.  My father was very interested in what/how they were going to tackle the job and shadowed them quite a bit, he was impressed with their work, which coming from my father says a lot.  I hope he didn’t cause them too much grief with his questions and offers to help, Mitchell was very kind with his decline for help. They worked steady, I don’t think they took any breaks except to get a bit to eat at lunch time.  They cleaned up after themselves which was nice to see. One thing to note is that we had expected a call from Chris on Thurs. or Friday after he had talked to John just to make sure all was set for Tuesday.  We were hoping for insulation to be placed between the joists and it wasn’t clear until Mitchell had clarified with Chris over the phone Tuesday, that it would not be included, but we were assured that we should not have any issues with cold floors or our pipes freezing and should we encounter issues once winter comes to call and discuss further options. We would definitely recommend Ridgeback to our friends and family based on the service, and we hope to do the same for the product, but we’ll have to see after the winter.

You have an amazing team, all great guys ... pleasant, respectful and very helpful throughout the entire process.  I wouldn't say there were no hiccups but over all great guys and very professional.  I can't say enough about Khris, he is such an professional always making me feel like he was doing the job for himself.  Always kept me in the loop and very easy to talk to and understanding with all of my concerns.  Sidney is an awesome worker and absolutely awesome at what he does.  Todd was also very helpful in the beginning.  I can't say enough you guys have been amazing and I am looking forward to my nice dry basement.  I would also like to thank everyone that was involved with our renovation project because I don't remember everyone's name but all the workers on this project did a great job. Thank you so much for all you have done.  I would recommend you guys to anyone that had any water problems you definitely are top notch.  Thanks again for everything.  Khris I can't thank you enough for your fantastic professional service.

I was very impressed with your guy Mitch. I found Mitchell's work ethic amazing. We had a challenging project and he was always eager to jump in and do the dirty work without one hint of complaining. There were many times I saw him run (not walk) to and from the van for gear. He was also pleasant to deal with when answering my enquiries.  This combination of work ethic, customer service skills and the attitude ofget the job done to please the customer is not normal for his age group. He is a keeper.  Also thank Kris for guiding me in the direction we took. He knew his stuff, making it easy for me to make the right decisions.

Just thought I’d let you know I have a dry basement after last night’s rain.  Very pleased!!
