Hi , I must say that I was intrigued about Ridgeback after I started hearing your radio advertisements .(it felt like I heard it on the hr every hr) (I wondered how they could afford to do that) . Then I rec'd your glossy literature pkg and again said to myself (this is impressive but appeared very expensive)

I was impressed first of all with the pleasant reception I rec'd  from your office receptionist , then just as impressed with your salesman. Your service team was  very professional and I was especially pleased with the service foreman.

I am retired but spent 40 yrs in sales with a scientific lab equipment company. I like to think I know a bit about sales and service and what they can mean to a customer.
