Hi , We were very pleased with the service received. I wasn't there myself, but my wife said that Chris was very professional and the job was nicely done. Most important thing, we did not get more water since. 

Since we are chatting already anyway I guess I can give you an update. Crawlspace is tied with the permanent roof for the best money we've spent on the house. Since you guys were in to install, we've kept a thermo/humidistat down there and it hasn't moved from 55-60% since - even on the most humid and wet days in the summer.   We recently had the electrician put lighting down there and plan to add a hatch for access from the inside. We were able to close down our rented storage unit and have everything neatly (mostly) organized in rows underneath.  Upstairs, we've noticed a huge difference in air quality. No more musty/dank smell. Also, seeing the weird moisture bugs is rare now when they were infesting the place before. In hindsight I would probably go with the more expensive crawlspace door option, but that won't be an issue once we install the hatch.

System was installed Friday, thankfully & the electrical was completed this afternoon.   I cannot thank you & the others from Ridgeback enough.  Timing is everything & we stayed dry on the weekend while our neighbours flooded.   I have spoke to numerous folks now who are considering one of your systems based on my approval of your system.   Again, thank you very, very much.

This week was the first test of the drainage system with 100mm of rain in less than 5 days.  I was in the basement crafting my Christmas homebrews when I caught what I thought was some rain splashing against the windows.  It turns out it was the newly installed pump coming to life!  The system  is extremely quiet to the point  where I had to stand over the pump to hear it turn on.I believe I would be cleaning up a mess right now if it wasn't for the work you and your crew did.  Thanks!

We have been very pleased with every aspect of your service, from the initial phone call to the clean up after the installation. We anticipated more noise, dirt and disruption but were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the job was done.  The only thing left to do is to bury the drain pipe. Sidney assured us that it will be done when the ground has thawed sufficiently. It gives a a real boost of confidence when we see the water occasionally gush out the end. Job well done.  Thank you!
