Since we are chatting already anyway I guess I can give you an update. Crawlspace is tied with the permanent roof for the best money we've spent on the house. Since you guys were in to install, we've kept a thermo/humidistat down there and it hasn't moved from 55-60% since - even on the most humid and wet days in the summer.   We recently had the electrician put lighting down there and plan to add a hatch for access from the inside. We were able to close down our rented storage unit and have everything neatly (mostly) organized in rows underneath.  Upstairs, we've noticed a huge difference in air quality. No more musty/dank smell. Also, seeing the weird moisture bugs is rare now when they were infesting the place before. In hindsight I would probably go with the more expensive crawlspace door option, but that won't be an issue once we install the hatch.

Your technicians did an excellent job and were very fast and easy to work with. The repair work did the trick and I am a happy customer. 

Everything is great regarding your install. We had lots of rain last week and it's such a pleasure to have a dry basement in this kind of weather. Kris and his crew were awesome and we're already raving about the job to neighbors and friends!  Thanks for everything!

The installation went very well and your installers were knowledgeable, courteous, got the job done quickly and cleaned up the site. All expectations were met!

I just wanted to express how pleased we are with the way that our installation of trench drain was carried out by Sidney and Nathan. They created very little dust or mess and did an excellent job of installing the product in a thoroughly professional manner. I believe that it did take slightly longer than expected due to the product having to be grouted in on 2 sides rather than one. In any case we are very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to give a recommendation to anyone requiring this type of work.

This week was the first test of the drainage system with 100mm of rain in less than 5 days.  I was in the basement crafting my Christmas homebrews when I caught what I thought was some rain splashing against the windows.  It turns out it was the newly installed pump coming to life!  The system  is extremely quiet to the point  where I had to stand over the pump to hear it turn on.I believe I would be cleaning up a mess right now if it wasn't for the work you and your crew did.  Thanks!

Just wanted to thank you very much for moving us UP and also to tell you what an impressive "crew" you sent here. The work was done quickly and Kris was wonderful in explaining everything.  Sounds like this weekend is rain so the test of the pump will occur.  Again, thank you for all you have done to help me in a difficult situation.

I was out of the country when the actual work was done, but my wife (who hates having to deal with these sorts of things and wishes I was home more often to do it instead) tells me that everything went very smoothly from first visit to quick quotation right thru the work and packing up.  My thanks go out to your crew for helping make this as easy for her as possible.  So far as the results go, we'll see what the upcoming rainy season brings.
