Hello Ridgeback. Once again, thank you so very much for the gift / prize from when we first met Ridgeback at the Home Show. We feel extremely fortunate. The two installers are here - still working. They are both respectful, polite, and appear extremely diligent. And communicative - i received a call regarding their ETA and another to update. They are excellent at including me in the process in a reasonable way. I feel like I understand the equipment/installation well enough, with not too much detail.   Brian

Hi, I thought I would take a few minutes to send you a review. Feel free to use it if you like. Last year when my aunt passed away, the burden of settling her estate and selling her home was put on my shoulders. We knew the house needed a lot of work, and one of the main things was the cracks in the foundation. After getting a couple of quotes that were way beyond what we could afford, my husband contacted Ridgeback. Not only did the guys do an amazing job in repairing the basement, they did it at a price that we were beyond pleased with. I know it has only been 2 days, but I thought you would like to know that the basement is nice and dry, and so far I am delighted.  The workers were efficient, patient, and did a nice job cleaning up behind themselves.
